Hale Pau Hana 606 - Beachfront 1-Bedroom 6th Floor
Beachfront — right on Kamaole II Beach! For those who know famous Hale Pau Hana, we don’t have to explain why it has probably the best location of any South Maui condo. For those who don’t know, very few accommodations in South Kihei are beachfront. Hale Pau Hana has incredible views, sunsets, and popular Kamaole II Beach all right in front of the complex and a wide selection of shops and restaurants conveniently located across the street.

Hale Pau Hana 606 is a 1-bedroom, 2-bath condominium on the 6th floor. From its lanai you have a front-row seat for gazing out at the pool, the white sandy beach of Kam II, the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean, and the islands of Kahoolawe, Molokini, and Lanai.

The condo is light, bright and nicely furnished, with tiled floors. It’s stocked with lots of vacation reading and fun games for the family. It is also the largest 1-bedroom condo we offer, with two full baths. The master bedroom has a king bed, its own TV, and en suite bath, and the living area has a queen sofabed. Of course, the owners provide their guests with free high-speed Internet.

Kamaole II is a favorite Maui swimming beach. That wonderful white sand slipping through your toes is directly in front of the building, yet the oceanfront pool and grassy grounds of the complex are set a few feet above the beach allowing a private space for Hale Pau Hana guests only.

This wonderful condo and complex is ideal for couples and families. It’s close to both the shops, restaurants and conveniences of South Kihei and the upscale shopping, restaurants and fancy resorts in Wailea. The pool, lawn chairs on the grass, white sandy beach, and forever views are just outside your lanai.

Unit 606 has a 4-night minimum stay. Rates do not include 11.4166% Hawaii taxes. Please call or email for special rates on stays of more than 25 nights. Sorry, the unit cannot accommodate more than 4 persons.

Deposits
A $200-$500 deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Payments by check or major credit card.
Credit Cards

Cancellations
If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit less $75.
If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked.
We encourage you to purchase trip insurance as unforeseen events beyond your or our control can affect travel plans prior to or after your arrival.

General Policies
Check-in time: 3 PM; check-out time: 11 AM.
Please let us know if you require an early check-in or late check-out. We try to accommodate those requests with advance notice.
