D-102 has a GREAT location at the very end of the main floor in the coveted D
building at Kihei Akahi. You get exceptional privacy and quiet, yet you are minutes
from Kamaole II, a wonderful white sand beach. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo
has a garden view with a peek-a-boo view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean.
This condo can sleep up to 6 people with a queen bed (a Beautyrest®
pillowtop mattress), twin beds, and a queen sofabed in the living area. The fully
equipped peninsula kitchen with custom cabinetry is open to the living area making
entertaining irresistible, especially with the oversized lanai open on two sides to
the tropical breezes. A desk area with free high-speed Internet keeps your computer
off the dining room table. The unit has cable TV, DVD/VCR, stereo, phone, and its own
washer/dryer.
New carpeting and linens in the bedrooms are complemented by ceramic tile
floors throughout the rest of the unit, with designer paint set off by sparkling
white millwork and 6-panel interior doors. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living
area keep those Maui breezes moving, but there is also an air conditioner in the
living area for those unusually hot days. Halogen track lights add drama in the
kitchen and entry hall.
The popular Kihei Akahi complex has two pools, barbecue grills, and a tennis
court. Reserved parking is just outside your front door. Fabulous Kamaole II Beach is
directly across the street from Kihei Akahi. Its sand is white and fine like powder,
and the blue ocean waters are inviting year ’round.
Enjoy your days relaxing on the beach or partake in the many water activities
such as snorkeling, kayaking, boogie-boarding and more. There is lots to do in the
Kihei area — restaurants, shopping, live entertainment, world-class golfing
— and much is within walking distance of your unit.
